It is the General Terms and Conditions that apply to St. Jacob’s Hotel.

Booking and Reservations:

Everything mentioned here is valid provided that the available rooms are being booked and the available arrangements are being confirmed by St. Jacobs Hotel.
Identification and a credit card are required at the time of arrival and at the time of booking.
The rates and room types which are mentioned in the reservation are the final and which are already booked.

Payment Policies:

Accommodation and the additional services are to be paid for by the clients at the time of registration.
We agree to cash, major credit cards, as well as bank transfers. The use of personal checks is disallowed at this particular lodge.
This section also notes that all rates quoted are in the local currency and are net of taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

Cancellation and Modification:

Policies on cancellation differ according to the manner of booking and are stated during the time of booking.
Changing of bookings is contingent upon availability and might attract extra costs.
Check-in and Check-out:

check-in time is 12:Noon ; check-out time is 12 Noon.
Request for early check-in and late check-out must be done in consultation and there are extra charges to be incurred.

Guest Responsibilities:

Personal property such as luggage and other belongings of the guests are the sole responsibility of the guests during their stay at the hotel.
Any damage done to the hotel or property or any furnishings in the hotel room to be levied from the guests account.

Behavior and Conduct:

The behavior of the guests towards other persons including employees and other guests is required to be appropriate and courteous.
The hotel policy also allows the hotel to deny service or representation on the premises to anyone who the hotel chooses to believe is unruly.

Smoking Policy:

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES of St. Jacobs Hotel. Tobacco use, including smoking is not allowed in any of the indoors.
Information about enclosed areas for smoking is provided on the territory that is not covered by the hotel’s premises.

Pets Policy:

This is a no pet property unless stated or agreed in advance before the tenant moves in with the pet. Additional charges may apply.

Facilities and Services:

Booking of the gym and  pool may be done in specific measures alongside other hotel policies.
Extra fees may be required for some of the offered services and facilities.

Liability:

It is also worth mentioning that St. Jacob’s Hotel does not take any responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury of the guest during his or her stay resulting from any circumstances for unintentional accident, theft, or natural calamities.

Privacy Policy:

Consumers’ information gathered at the time of reservation of the room and check-in will be processed in compliance with policies on privacy.

Dispute Resolution:

All the terms and conditions mentioned here shall be governed by Ondo State/Nigeria  laws, and any legal proceedings shall be addressed to the courts in Ondo State.
Any booking made through the online reservation system at St. Jacob’s Hotel entails an acceptance of the aforementioned terms and conditions by all the clients that make a reservation with the company. They also reserve the right to change or amend these terms from time to time, without having to inform the client.
